Estar Help Desk – support services
Estar provides an International Help Desk with ticket service (EN, IT), to support customers with the daily use of their software.
The Help desk service allows users to create new tickets directly received from the Estar support team.
The requests are dedicated per product family.
The level of the support changes related to activated applications, to the single Help desk on line service, to the phone service, Skype service over Enterprise products, or customized support for dedicated offers.
